The band has also shared stages with artists such as Hot House Flowers, The Saw Doctors and Aslan. They have also played numerous bars and functions right across Europe, including Scandinavian tours of Irish Bars, Beer Festivals in Germany, and every March Acoustra travel to Azerbaijan to play a St. Patrick’s day charity ball raising funds for orphan children.

Between the four accomplished musicians they play a range of instruments including acoustic and electric guitar, bass guitar, mandolin, percussion and drums, whistles and accordion as well as having three vocalists. With such a talented line-up the band are extremely versatile and can play everything from a full festival stage to a small sit-down acoustic session.

Acoustra have a huge repertoire of material, and a very unique sound, putting their own original touch to all the favourite songs from throughout the decades right up to the most modern chart tracks. The band covers hits from Bruno Mars to Bell X1, Kenny Rogers to The Killers, Paolo Nutini to The Pogues and Mumford & Sons to Mundy!
