The band, who brought us such memorable hits throughout the years as "Summer in Dublin", "Second Violin", "Love is the Reason" and "Leeson Street Lady" are still playing to packed houses, with record sell-out crowds at nearly every live performance over the past 30 years. "Summer in Dublin" was a classic overnight success when it was first released in 1978, and captured the heart of the nation. It was followed by a string of hits, which have earned Bagatelle a historic place in Irish rock alongside legendary bands such as U2, Thin Lizzy, The Cranberries and Van Morrison.

Incorporating a melodic rock sound with a strong lyric content, Bagatelle have captured a slice of classic rock history which still appeals to the ever expanding army of fans, new and old.

Bagatelle continue to tour right across the globe, including shows in Europe, America, United Emirates and China, as well as playing regularly throughout Ireland.

Their 30th Anniversary Collection album brings together a special double CD set, featuring 12 brand new original tracks including "She Doesn’t Live Here Anymore", which was originally written for and recorded by Joe Dolan, and is now a tribute to him. Also includes a first ever, "Live in Concert" CD from the Millenium Forum Theatre, Derry, of all their greatest hits.

Throughout their years on the music scene, Bagatelle, have shared stages with U2, Bob Marley, Thin Lizzy and Van Morrison to name a few. Not to mention others who have recorded their songs including Phil Coulter, Johnny McEvoy, James Galway, Wolfe Tones, Tommy Flemming, etc, and their hit “Summer in Dublin” has 85 cover versions recorded worldwide so far.
