It was confirmed today that Sara Lou will be performing at this years Electric Picnic Festival. Full details to follow shortly!

Sara Lou has been invited to Manchester to perform at the Futurecho Records Music Convention, which runs from Tuesday 18th to Saturday 22nd of May 2010. This is a week of live music, enterprise, culture, new media and diversity organised by Futurecho Records in conjunction with The Manchester College. Whilst in Manchester, Sara Lou will be performing at The Bay Horse Bar on Wednesday 19th May, live at the Music Convention on Thursday 20th May and also live at The Brunswick on Thurs night. She will also do an interview and live performance on Manchester radio station All FM on Friday 21st May, followed by a headline show at the Blue Parrot on Friday night.

Sara Lou has been nominated for "Best New Irish Act" at the 2009 Balcony TV Music Awards! The awards ceremony will take place on Friday the 3rd of July 2009 at the prestigious Morrison Hotel in Dublin, Ireland.

Sara Lou performed her track "See You Soon" on Balcony TV Dublin back in April 2009, and the presenter and crew liked it so much that they invited Sara Lou to peform and co-present their online radio show on 2XM the very next day. Along with numerous other radio performances and online Internet appearances, Sara Lou has also been receiving widespread acclaim for her live performances, for her gigs right across Dublin and the rest of the country.
